Hubbert Homes, located in Oakland, California, is a sober living and transitional housing program dedicated to supporting women in need. We provide a safe and structured environment where women can find stability, access resources, and start rebuilding their lives. Our focus is on empowering women to create a brighter future, regardless of their past circumstances.

Who Do We Serve?

At Hubbert Homes, we offer support and housing for:


  • Single Women: Providing a safe space for women of any age who need transitional housing.
  • Survivors of Domestic Violence: Helping women escape unsafe situations and rebuild their lives.
  • Women in Recovery: Supporting women who are overcoming challenges with substance use disorder.
  • Unsheltered Women: Assisting women who are homeless or without stable and safe housing.
  • Justice Impacted Woman: Serving women who are previously incarcerated, on probation or parole or in the legal system.
  • Veteran Woman:  Aiding women that served in the armed forces.


We welcome women without specific eligibility requirements, focusing on meeting them where they are and providing the stability they need.
