Homeless Outreach Program (BHS) Alameda County's Behavioral Health Care Services provide outreach, mental health, and substance use services to homeless individuals.
West Oakland Health Council Provides mental health services, substance use treatment, and supportive services for homeless individuals.

Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency(BOSS) BOSS helps our unhoused neighbors find and keep permanent housing to stay housed and stable. BOSS works to achieve this goal by providing affordable housing options that include both emergency shelter and supported independent living.
Bay Area Community Services (BACS) BACS find those with housing insecurity permanent, sustainable housing. On the way to that goal they offer interim housing, benefits assistance, job support, food support, housing application fees, and more
East Oakland Community Project (EOCP) Through EOCP’s residential programs, they effectively and comprehensively support people experiencing homelessness to transition into permanent housing and a new chapter of well-being.
Legal and Advocacy Services
Homeless Advocacy Project Offers free legal services and advocacy for homeless individuals, including help with Social Security, housing, and identification issues.
East Bay Community Law Center (EBCLC) Provides free legal assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness, focusing on issues like tenant rights, benefits, and criminal records.
Medical and Dental Services
Street Health Services – LifeLong Medical Care Provides medical and dental care, mental health services, and substance use treatment for homeless individuals.
Oakland Health Clinic (Alameda Health System) Offers medical, dental, and mental health services. They accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and uninsured individuals.
